SHAWAL GROUP began its journey in the real estate sector in 2011 through its venture “Amader Properties Ltd.”. From the very start, the project earned strong acceptance and quickly became a success—helping build trust and confidence among urban residents. With Dhaka’s population growing rapidly and housing supply expanding at a much slower pace, SHAWAL GROUP’s early achievements became a notable milestone in its growth and reputation.

Building on that success, Shawal Group expanded into new areas, including construction and consultancy. In 2014, the group established “Sign Engineering Limited,” which has since grown into a promising construction firm in Bangladesh. The company is actively involved in a wide range of infrastructure and development work such as multi-storied buildings, roads, bridges, river embankments, and steel structure projects.

Sign Engineering Limited works with diverse clients across the private sector, industrial and factory projects, NGOs, multinational organizations, as well as government and non-government institutions. The company also shows strong interest in projects under major public agencies such as PWD, LGED, PHED, BADC, RAJUK, R&H, BWDB, CMMU, Bangladesh Sports Council, Dhaka City Corporation, Bangladesh Civil Aviation, Facilities Department, and UGC-approved universities—reflecting its ambition to contribute to Bangladesh’s growing construction and infrastructure landscape.
