Nippon & McDonald Steel Industries Ltd.

A joint venture between Nippon Steel Trading Corporation [NST], Japan, and McDonald Steel Building Products Limited [MSBPL], Bangladesh, was incorporated in December 2013. NMSIL is a manufacturing company possessing a processing center for Steel Sheets and carries out the business of supply of processed steel sheets in Bangladesh and beyond.

Nippon Steel Trading Corporation [NST], Japan, is a core trading company of the Nippon Steel Group, established on August 2, 1977; which provides comprehensive services from procurement of raw materials for steelmaking to delivery of steel products to the customers. NST offers steel products from the world-leading steel company Nippon Steel Corporation [NSC] utilizing its fine-tuned sales networks in Japan and overseas to provide a stable supply of a wide range of steel products ranging from raw materials to finished products.

McDonald Steel Building Products Limited [MSBPL], Bangladesh, is the pioneer of prefabricated structural steel construction in Bangladesh, having started its journey in 1998. Since then, MSBPL has been consistently erecting pre-fabricated steel structures which have played an integral part in developing Bangladesh’s infrastructure.
