Megawatt Power Limited (MPL) and Megawatt Engineering Limited (MEL) are engineering-driven companies built by skilled professionals who are well respected in their respective fields. We specialize in delivering complete, end-to-end solutions for electrical power distribution systems—covering everything from concept and design to final commissioning and ongoing support. Our services include designing, engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, supply, installation, erection, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of a wide range of electrical equipment, ensuring clients receive reliable systems that perform safely and efficiently.

MPL began its journey in 2012 with a clear vision to support Bangladesh’s growing power and industrial sectors with dependable engineering solutions. In 2016, the company was officially incorporated as a limited company, strengthening our ability to serve large-scale projects with improved structure, compliance, and capacity. Over the years, MPL has expanded its reach across high-level corporate clients, industries, and various government and semi-government organizations—earning trust through consistent quality, timely execution, and professional project handling. To further strengthen our capabilities in substation solutions, MEL was established in 2020 with a focus on the design, engineering, and manufacturing of electrical substation equipment.

We also maintain compliance and recognition through relevant authorities in Bangladesh. During this period, we have listed ourselves as a member or registered entity with key regulatory and development bodies, including the Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA), Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE), Fire Service and Civil Defence (FSCD), Department of Environment (DoE), and the Office of the Chief Electric Inspector (OCEI) under the Power Division, Ministry of Power and Mineral Resources. These affiliations reflect our commitment to operational standards, safety, and responsible engineering practices.
