Unlike other approaches, we don’t use hypnosis, breathing exercises, or quirky “elastic band” tricks. Instead, our method focuses on understanding the real causes of fear and equipping you with clear, actionable tools to manage it effectively.

Running from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm, the course includes expert instruction, interactive learning, and supportive guidance in a relaxed and understanding environment. We even provide a light lunch during the day, so you can focus entirely on your progress.
