BCL Aviation Limited, established in 2016, is the aviation wing of Building Construction Limited (BCL) Group, a Private Limited Company operating under the umbrella of TMSS. The company was registered under the Joint Stock Company, Dhaka, with the vision of providing safe, reliable, and modern air transportation services in Bangladesh.

The leadership of BCL Aviation brings decades of entrepreneurial experience. Prof. Dr. Hosne Ara Begum, Founder Chairman, and Mr. T.M. Ali Haider, Founder and Managing Director, have successfully established and managed numerous industrial ventures, laying a strong foundation for the aviation business. Building on this legacy, BCL Aviation has expanded into the aviation sector to address the growing demand for premium air travel and emergency air support.

As part of its expansion program, the company has acquired two modern R-66 helicopters, dedicated to both private and commercial air transportation as well as specialized air ambulance services. This strategic move reflects the company’s commitment to enhancing accessibility and meeting critical needs in the aviation sector. Looking ahead, BCL Aviation plans to further expand its fleet with additional helicopters, ensuring it continues to play a vital role in shaping the future of helicopter services across Bangladesh.
